This video is made to hypnotize you. Everybody is hypnotized throughout the day, and everyone can be hypnotized, it has nothing to do with how strong/weak your mind is, and has nothing to do with intelligence. YOU can be hypnotized. If this does not work, I ask that you let go of any fear or doubt about hypnosis, or try a different style. As for fear, you cannot be made to do anythign you do not wish to do under hypnosis, you cannot be controlled, and this video is only made to relax you. Normally it’s best to close your eyes when listening to hypnosis tracks to get for the best results, but it can sometimes be fun to watch visual effects at the same time.
