Get back off those ciggerettes now don’t undo all your hard work! I never read the book or anything but I’ve gave up for seven months! You have to treat yourself! And be proud of the fact you have the gumption to stop! I bought a nintendo gamecube then a wii and am now learning french with a game on it!

hello… i must say …
hello… i must say this methon really works.. but i have a slice problem… i started yesterday, 5 months no smoking.
It was my bad, cause i wanted, not to proove that u can resist it, or smth like that, but i just wanted. now i have problem, just one day after, its really hard not to smoke, i have to read book again. so all of you who quit it, DO NOT TAKE A SMOKE ENER AGAIN!!!!!

I started smoking …
I started smoking when I was 20 years old Im 25 now, for the first 3 years I would only smoke between 15 – 25 cigs a day. that last 2 years I was smoking 20-35 cigs a day. I came across his book, The Easy Way To Stop Smoking and guess what? My last cigarette was at 3:11Pm on wednesday and I haven’t had one since, if you read his book you will quit too, God bless Allen Carrr and may he R.I.P

I am free of alcohol and cigarettes because of this man. It took many, many times for both and with nicotine I even needed the nicotine gum for 12 months. I have lifelong serious mental health issues, spent time in a mental institution and have a lifelong history of depression and suicidal intentions and dependency. If it works for me then it must be the best method ever. I’m not so sure it’s a ‘method’ more so than just the presentation of clarity in a world of lies and intentional confsusion.
