You've already "hypnotized" yourself into thinking the subjects are boring by telling yourself that they are time and time again. if you think about it, from an objective point of view, there is no subject that is literally "boring" by definition. I have always struggled with math and therefore would tell people "Gee I just can't stand math... math is so boring!" By doing that I was just reinforcing the belief in myself that the subject was boring-a form of self-hypnotism or auto-suggestion. Try telling yourself AND other people ;) that you "Love ___ (subject)" and over time, you will come to change your beliefs about it. When you change your thinking, you change your beliefs. By changing your beliefs you will affect the way you behave. Now I tell people that I love math and that it's easy for me. Even though it was weird in the beginning, I began to discover that some aspects of math weren't all that bad. And believing that I loved math and that it was easy for me made it a heck of a lot easier to pick up my financial management textbook when it was time to study!
