Can hypnotists block, suppress, or erase memories?

I have 1 guilt and regret in my life, and it’s been haunting me for years and i need them gone…

i heard a hypnotist can block memories or something like that, is this true?

I don’t think blocking memories would be healthy, as you would not block them from the subconscious mind, only the conscious one.

We all have guilt and regret for mistakes we’ve made in life, but remember that living your life is a long, perilous journey without a map.
Under the circumstances, I think we as humans so pretty well!

Don’t let a hypnotist mess with your subconscious. That’s like giving someone a key to your house, your car, your bank account, your head, and your soul.

If it’s a psychiatrist that you know and trust, that’s a different thing. That said, what a therapist/psychiatrist would probably do is bring forth memories to the present so you can deal with them differently and find relief.

use NLP (EFT techniques), it’s just as good. Go to the following site

However, I do believe that you should seek a professionals help to try and get to the root of the problem first. After that, any niggles, use EFT tapping.
