im thinking about having hypnotherapy done to try to bring up repressed memories from my childhood that could be effecting my behavior and instincts now, but i dont know if i can afford it. how much does it cost? or do hypnotherapists charge by the hour, and how much?

You can buy recorded sessions that will help with your repressed memories.
They work the same way as having an actual hypnotherapist.
You can also self hypnotize yourself.
Listening to most self hypnosis tracks can help bring back memories that have been suppressed and at the same time they help you deal with any anxieties that you have felt from past repressed memories.
Going to a hypnotherapist can be expensive (60-80 an hour). Buying sessions that you can listen to as much as you want cost 20.
