Has anyone used a hypnotist to help them conceive?
Are there anyone who finds that all tests are normal, and infertility is unexplained and anyone tried anything that helped them get pregnant? Desperate for answers….
I saw this news 8 months ago on tv mentioning how it destresses you. Anyone tried any destress method besides yoga and meditation? Anybody going through the same thing like me, getting all stressed out and not conceiving then found a solution to help themselves?
Those don’t work plus you have to be careful when doing that I have heard of the devil taking over your body when your under that.My cousins got hypnotize to help them stop smoking a couple of years ago but it didn’t work they still smoke til this day. See anything bizarre happen at a stage hypnotist show?
I’m curious if anyone’s seen anything really bizarre at a hypnotist show?
I’ve seen a couple and they look fairly tame, but I’m told that some have people having really weird reactions and experiences.
Any volunteers willing to share? Any lasting effects? Would you do it again?
I was put on stage years back and I was told to see the audience naked It was amazing till he reversed it and I WAS THE NAKED one in front of 100 people I knew !
I ran like hell !
I would do it again as I thought it was fun and funny !

What do you think of a stage hypnotist doing a show at a gay club?
Im starting out doing stage hypnosis, and the area Im looking out has allot of gay clubs. I personally don’t have a problem with that, and would do a show at a gay bar. I just wonder starting out if that labels me as someone who’s gay or does niche gay clubs when really I am looking to do any and all. What do you think?
i think that’s a homophobic attitude is what i think… the only one to care if your gay or straight when your putting on a show is you… asking this question negates your "problem"…

Can a hypnotist help you fall out of love?
I’ve been friends with a guy for fifteen years. He says he finds me attactive, loves being around me and recently told me that he loves me. He also says he loves his wife, who he has been with for ten years. He doesn’t want to hurt her and that he wants to stay with her. He has considered seeing a hypnotist for help. What do you think? Is this helpful, or is something else better? I want to offer suggestions to him.
If you want to help him then end the friendship and stay away from him. He doesn’t really love you, if he was with you then it would be some other woman he would be emotionally cheating with. He obviously has commitment issues and doesn’t want to allow himself to love his wife wholly. As long as you are a presence in his life he won’t get over it. Do both of you a favor and end this friendship. It’s not healthy for any of you.

Could a clinical hypnotist help with post traumatic stress memories?
They are not flashbacks. I always know I am in the present but some of these memories of what I’ve seen feel unbearable. They creep into my thoughts over & over through out the day & then there’s the *why didn’t I do this* – *why didn’t I do that* thoughts. I take Xanax .5 mg twice a day but I can’t just keep taking Xanax forever, can I?
Xanax is not good to take for a long period of time. Believe me, I’ve known people who did, and it was not pretty. Because it suppresses your fear response, when you go off it, they kick into overdrive. So being on it might be OK for a while, but your goal should be to live without it. A clinical hypnotist could be a great help to you (terrific idea BTW). Your PTS is driven by your mind, and by providing your mind the help it needs, you can overcome this. You might have to meet with the therapist for a bit before you develop a hypnosis approach that would be good for you. It drives me nuts though that people always say, "your mind is your most important tool", then they do nothing to try to harness the incredible power of thoughts. Please give this a try, you have nothing to lose, and it may help you live a happier more fulfilled life….without Xanax. BofL
