Could someone please tell me what the negative consequences of hypnosis/autoquestionge are? I know with autoquestioning (a form of hypnosis) you’re questioning your subconcious and you have to pick your words wisely. Could one wrong word screw you up for life? And with any type of hypnosis, is it true that you can get hurt if someone scares you while you’re hypnotised?
